I need to expose weather forecast data in WMS. The data is raster and feature.
Since it is forecast data, two time dimensions are being leveraged:
reference_time and a forecast_period.
I have a solution for the raster data since WCS supports custom dimensions.
The WCS custom dimensions can be exposed via WMS.
Can custom dimensions exist for WMS layers that use feature data? If so, could
a reference be provided?
