Hi,
custom dimension support for vector layers is not implemented yet, you can
have a look here for getting it implemented:

Mind, WFS wise there is no such a thing as dimension support in the
protocol, dimensions would still
only show up in WMS, in WFS they would be just filters you have to send
over.
Unless GeoServer implements its own vendor extensions to have dimensions as
first class
citizens in WFS too.
