Hi,
I am testing outputformats of WCS 2.0.1 with Geoserver 2.14-snapshot from last
night and I do not understand why this request fails:
http://localhost:8080/geoserver/wcs?service=WCS&version=2.0.1&request=GetCoverage&CoverageID=nurc__mosaic&format=image/geotiff&geotiff:compression=JPEG
ows:ExceptionText>javax.imageio.IIOException: I/O error writing TIFF file!
I/O error writing TIFF file!
Can only JPEG compress 8- and 24-bit images!
The nurc:mosaic store does contain 24 bit data so what it the error? Another
coverage, nurc:Img_Sample seems pretty similar, despite being a single GeoTIFF
instead of a mosaic, and can be downloades as JPEG compressed
