Mauricio, If you call 192.168.0.119:8102 without /geoserverv, why do you get it the in the 404 page's Message section ?
Do you have a redirection in index.jsp ? But now I returned and the problem got worse. In addition to not being able to read the data directory specified in the web.xml, now I have another problem that the geoserver cannot connect to the postgree database.
