I really do like the idea of a time cap ... this would have two positive effects:
1) it represents a lunch-hour rather than an afternoon
2) keeps substantial brainstorming in email, where people have the opportunity to mull over an idea (hopefully comming up with a better one :) ).

I should rephrase the question, would there be a good time that you
would actually attend?
Another idea to make the meetings better would be to put a time cap of
45 minuets on 'em.
