Only some tests are turned off in the Maven 2 build, not all of them. Some tests were tuned off in
shapefile modules because of the "stream not closed" issue, but I believe that it is fixed now. Some
tests are disabled in main because their data live in a project root directory instead of
"test-data" subdirectory, and Maven 2 doesn't seems to allow resource loading from the 'src' root
directory. It was partially fixed a few months ago, but some test data still need to move in "main".

This error is a total mystery for me. Maven said that there is some tests failures, but actually the
tests are not run at all! Everything was working fine until somewhere in February. Since this time,
the build is failing for a mysterious reason. I'm able to reproduce this bug on a Linux machine, but
I'm unable to reproduce it on my Windows machine - the build continue to work fine there. I was
hopping that this bug would disaspear in Maven 2.0.3, but it is not the case.
I didn't had the time to investigate this issue in the past two weeks. I may have a little bit more
time now.
