I'm on the coverage branch but basictools sources have not been
created by me.
Fraid I am clueless - oh wait I am not. The coverage branch uses a
custom geoapi jar (cause they are working at making things better). So
you need to either check out and play with geoapi yourself, or see if
the coverage branch is actually built against a specific timestamped jar ...
In you maven dependency what does it say for GeoAPI?
