I've tried downloading the file from my web browser and also get a
connection reset error. Has anybody else had this problem? Any idea
what I can do?
Sound like a problem with ibiblio server. The easiest thing to do is to
go for a coffee, and try later (hopping that the ibiblio server will be
better).
If you are in America, it may be worth to try again late in the
evening. If you are in Europe, it is better to try the build early in
the moorning.
On the bright side, once Maven has been able to download the file, it
will not need to download it again. So most builds after the first
successfull one should not cause network problems.

Thanks for the quick response. I've actually been trying off and on
during work hours both yesterday and today, with no luck. It starts
downloading the file, gets part way through, and then reports the
connection error. Guess I'll try again tomorrow!
