I am trying to use "mvn -Dmaven.test.skip install" to build geotools
2.2.x, but keep getting an exception when trying to download
ant-1.6.5.jar. Output is:
Downloading: http://www.ibiblio.org/maven2/ant/ant/1.6.5/ant-1.6.5.jar
java.net.SocketException: Connection reset
...
I've tried downloading the file from my web browser and also get a
connection reset error. Has anybody else had this problem? Any idea
what I can do?
