try and record a change log there as work proceeds.

- 2006/6/10 JG: Simple Factory done, builder works but lacks review
- 2006/6/10 JG: Tried data, wrote guidelines email due to problems found
- 2006/6/15 JG: Set up page for branch
- 2006/6/17 JG: Working on getting data to go
