Lets consider that the "proposal" :-)

We can proceed with a vote etc, let's start via email and try and wrap 
it up in tonights IRC. No need to remove it right away, the process will 
catch up very soon.

A couple of questions:
Q: Does LGPL count as "unrestricted redistribution" for the above 
mentioned database?
Q: Is Mr. Cardinal going to be the module maintainer? Or share that duty 
with you while you show him the ropes?
