Right now the action is to do the IP check and then we will know what we 
got to work with. Research before action :-)
Q: the above report is cool, did you update the headers as you went 
(Geotools2 --> GeoTools etc...)? I have not seen a commit go out.

I am on IRC if you want to do this in a more interactive fashion.
