No worries - the translation I need is from Bryce to translate from OGC 
speak to ISO speak The numbers kill me every time :-( That said I think

I have heard about this mostly from a way to describe raster formats as 
you indicated, I did not pay attention at the time as our own raster work
was off on a branch and out of reach.

So how about it Bryce, what is our friend Mr Pelletier talking 
about...did I understand it correctly?
