Diego, There is support for the personal geodatabase in OGR. I don't know if a geotools bridge to OGR is planned for the near future or not. I will say that supporting the personal geodatabase via ODBC isn't that difficult. If someone wanted to implement a pure Java versions for geotools, I would be happy to provide some hints from implementing the OGR driver.
