But sometime I'd really like to see indexed shapefile and shapefile
united. Indexed shapefile already has the hooks to just be an option
for a shapefile, on creation you can just specify which one you want.
Seems a bit silly to have them in separate classes, and I know the
original author hoped they'd be combined. But I'm not the maintainer,
so I can't do much about it. But it'd be nice for decreasing the number
of packages a wee bit.
