I just tried a couple of experiments with ~gdavis .... adding him as a specific person to the geotools space permissions worked. Fiddling with the geotools-developers or geotools-contributors did not accomplish anything. Xircles shows him as a geotools developer ... but I am not sure what that maps to in confluence?
