I would like to interpolate this grid by various kinds of methods as 
specified in GSoC proposal (opposite distance, TPS…) as well as 
already existing methods like RubberSheeting based on delaunay triangulation. 
Once I’ll get it working for one method it won’t be an issue to do this by 
other methods I hope. 

As soon as  I’ll have something working we can discuss next steps.
