The JNDI configuration class is not pulling its weight; combing forces with the
GeoTools configuration class will give a one stop shopping point for people
hooking geotools up to a larger application.
I should also ask Andrea about the logging situation; perhaps a utility method
could be provided to register the right stuff for log4j integration?
