If I remember right, you wrote a page on Geotools wiki. Could you remind me the

On our side, our Image I/O infrastructure proposal is on Geotools SVN since the
mounth of May. I posted an email about that on Geotools mailing list in the
begining of June if I remember right.
Is there a place (SVN) where we can look for your Image I/O infrastructure
please?
