We can have both (Google and pseudo-EPSG) citations for this MapProjection. It
is probably worth to have the Google one in addition of pseudo-EPSG. The
pseudo-epsg code is not required by the WKT parser itself, but is convenient for
the authority factory based on WKT properties file if we want to add the CRS in
the list of "extra CRS" which already uses pseudo-epsg codes.
