Hi Adrian;

Great - this should mean we have something to sign at FOSS4G?

I think we do need a LICENSE file and LGPL file in everything we 
distribute, does deploying to maven count as distribution? (probably not 
since maven deploy has a seperate indication of license?).

If we need to include the files we can move them into the 
src/main/resources folder
