Ciao Vitali,
can you please give some more details about what you are doing, like
geotools version, maybe some sample files.
Be aware that not every possible projection is implemented in GeoTools
yet (while using great Martin's work is fairly straightforward to add
new ones) hence the GeoTiff inherits from this issue the inability to
read some geotiff (beyond adding its own bugs :-) ).
