Yes, but actually 3 weeks is about the time where we got our cron table to run
rsync on Refraction repository every night. It is supposed to run rsync only
once per day (and actually I receive only one confirmation email by days).
Do you want me to comment-out the rsync for a few days and see if it is the
cause?
