Interesting; let me ask ... apparently the timing is right; and the activity you are trying to do is right; ... For reference every day something is grabbing every single jar file (which takes it about 10 hours). So if this *is* your cron job is is skipping the md5 check and just downloading the jars all the time...
So yes; please shut this one off - perhaps we can try running it once on the weekend?
