StyleVisitor has been modified, has 6 new methods to handle raster symbolizer
components. Most implementations have been made "compile happy" using stubs,
but that broke their intended behaviour.
In particular the duplicating style visitor and the attribute extractor are
definitely broken, all other implementors have to be checked as well and fixed
according to their nature.
