Hi,
looking at IRC logs posted by Adrian for the June 23 meeting
I could not avoid seeing the following:

"A lazy meeting for a lazy community.
1) Meeting starts 20 minutes late because everyone waits for someone
else to run things.
2) Most of the PMC doesn't show up enough to even say hello, almost no
one participates.
3) No one so much as offers to post logs."

Alrighty, I am guilty of not being there on the 23. Now, the meeting
time starts at 21.00 for me, which is:
* 30 minutes after my wife gets back from work
* right at the time when we manage to put the baby to bed and we're
   ready to have dinner
* eating one of the 2-3 hours I get to spend with my family daily
Long story short, it's painful.

I we moved the meeting one-two hours earlier, I could guarantee
to be there, and I would gladly run the meetings and post the logs.

Opinions?
Cheers
Andrea
