Hi, I'm having trouble getting Eclipse (3.4rc4) to properly compile GeoTools trunk. This is not happening in Maven. What I get is a compile error in the org.geotools.util.package-info.java file, which contains only annotations. The error message is not very helpful, it just says "java.lang.Object cannot be found and it's indirectly referred by the current class". The same happens in the jaxb module for the XmlNsForm class. What's surprising is that if I switch the java library dep from 1.5.0_09 to 1.6.0_04 then everything compiles fine... I'm going to try and upgrade jdk 1.5 to the latest version and see if that helps in any way.
