Hey all, In speaking with FrankW, here's his take on graduation.

The mentor should call for a vote on the Incubator list when they think they are ready. <FrankW> This normally takes a week, so I'd encourage getting it underway soon if the recommendation is to be ready for the next board meeting in early July. So Cameron, are you still willing to put us forward when the PMC gives you the go ahead? Maintainers, who is ready to graduate: i.e. has completed a full vetting of their modules to assess the source of all the data in them? PMC, are you willing to ask Cameron to graduate so we can finish this mess?
