Geotools PMC,
I regret to inform you that some of your modules have been incorrectly
labeled without due process given to Copyrights. Some of the past
contributors have not signed over copy rights (I include myself in this
group); as such the copyright headers should not have been altered by Jody
Garnett to reflect that copyrights had been transfered to the Open Source
Geospatial Foundation (OSGeo).
At this time I am requesting that headers including copy rights and licenses
either be revoked to their previous versions, or all copyright holders be
included in the headers associated with the artifact.
