Thank you for informing us of this issue. The fault is all mine and not Jody Garnett's. I have done my best through a complex process, but may have made many mistakes.
Could you please let us know of any files which you think have been mis-attributed? We will go back and look at those files and see where our process went wrong. Also, as I understand it, much of your work was done while working for an institution which has signed over copyright to OSGeo. It is possible that we confused your personal work with the work that you did for an employer. Is there any way you could help us distinguish these two bodies of work so that we might restore your correct copyright at the soonest moment possible?
