JDBCDataStore should log sql statements

The datastore does not log any of the sql statements before issuing them, this
would make user reports and understanding why a production system fails to
execute queries hard (not all databases do report the sql in the exception they
throw... heck, DB2 won't even give you a reason, would just tell you ERROR XYZ
and then you have to look it up in their error reference).
