sorry about the emails Christian, I forgot to ping you at the end of the
GSOC.
As you know quite well, I have not had as much time as I wanted to devote
/yeah, devote, like working for free since I don't get paid by OSGEO for
being a mentor ) to the GSOC mentorship program this summer due to too much
work coming in.
My initial goal was to get you involved with the GeoTools community and I
think this goal has been reached. As far as graudating your module into a
distributed plugin, that's not up (only) to me, I'd check the procedure on
our wiki, but basically all  you need should be:
- willingness to mantain the module
- wiki page for the module
- enough code coverage

Best thing is to show up during next IRC meeting and propose the new module.
