Those are my changes done yesterday. I had no idea you had guidelines
now for the UserManual.

I separated out the different kinds of plugins into separate pages. Do
you really want to mix I/O plugins with processing plugins? That's what
you had before---it seemed confusing to me so I tried to clarify the
difference.
