CQL is a OGC specification and it could be hard to remplace. I think TXT will 
be a Friend of CQL, that we could use to solve some practical problems, doing 
easy to express some queries. 
  
Nowadays, TXT parser generates all filters provided by FilterFactory2 and 
improve the language with new predicate to do easy to write complex query. The 
idea was avoid the limitation of CQL specification. Thus, TXT offers us a new 
door to develop new requirement and improve the language.
