In GeoTools 2.x, the Krovak projection was defined with the following
supplemental parameters, which are specific to ESRI:
X_Scale
Y_Scale
XY_Plane_Rotation
A hack has been created in order to support those parameters, because the
"clean" fix was difficult to applies on GeoTools 2.x.
In geotidy, the work with affine transforms (mentioned in yesterday emails)
allows a clean support of those ESRI parameters (actually it was one of the
major motivation behind that work).
A side effect is that the support for those 3 parameters can trivialy be
extended to all projections, not just the Krovak projection. So my question is:
is it something that ESRI does? Is it something that we should do?
