Hi all,

I was wondering if there are any objections to adding the opengeo maven
repository (in a profile) for geotools nightly jar deployments.
Currently the nightly deployment works against the osgeo repository,
which is slow and somewhat unreliable. The geoserver build has been done
for a couple of days now due to continual connection timeouts.

So I am proposing to continue to use the osgeo repo for releases and the
opengeo repo for the nightly snapshots. The only impact should be to the
geoserver build that will get a lot faster and more reliable.
