Hi all,
as per http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOT-1928 I've
disabled the line width optimization on trunk by default.

What does that mean? Well, it means that if you have line
widths less than 1.5 pixels you'll get thicker lines,
and that you can finally fine tune how wide they will be.

The previous behaviour turned the width to 0 as an speed
optimization which was valid 6 years ago when it was
introduced, but it's no more such a great idea today.

If you want your lines to look just like before you can
use 0.5 as the width, it should result in pretty much
the same look, or you can pass the renderer the
StreamingRenderer.LINE_WIDTH_OPTIMIZATION_KEY hint
to go back to the old behavior.

Let me know if this is ok with everybody.

Cheers
Andrea
