Ah Andrea!

This is actually GREAT! I was getting this really weird behavior of 
having my SVG and PDF files with zero-width line strokes when the width 
was less than 1.5, and didn't have a clue for fixing that! (it really 
changed the way things look when printing/zooming the PDF around)
