Did a little investigation, Vecmath is used for all matrix computation
in the referencing package, which is in turn used for all affine
transform handling (in n dimensions).
Changing to 1.3.2 is going to make us go in uncharted territory,
we have to hope that either no bugs have been introduced in the 1.3.2
release, or that our test suite catches them.

Pico is used in the xsd parser/encoder. Going from 1.x to 2.x is a major
change. I think it's not reasonable to go up to 2.x just because
it's the latest and the greatest if the 1.x series works fine.
Can you get the sources of 1.3? (since you told me that's the
issue, you have to ensure the source of each binary library we
use is available)

Oh, I see they finally made a release, v 1.1.0. I'll see if I can
use that one.
