org.geotools.feature.collection.SubFeatureCollection extends
AbstractFeatureCollection which says:
/**
* Subclasses need to override this.
*/
public ReferencedEnvelope getBounds() {
throw new UnsupportedOperationException("subclasses should override");
}
so please add
@Override
public ReferencedEnvelope getBounds() {
return collection.getBounds();
}
to SubFeatureCollection and all is good.
I tested it and it works here.
