Given the amount of changes I was going to release another milestone
release.

I am waiting to hear back on:
- feature model discussion with Ben - do we need a new method to mark
an attribute inline? If so we need to march up a couple geoapi
versions and make the change. I was hoping to get this decision made
before the weekend so I could set up some geoapi upgrade patches for
andrea to review
- stylebuilder from me
- Some jdbc-ng issues are effecting us in udig; aggregate functions
and the ability to determine the bounds quickly

I am still trying to find a location for an extra day of code sprint
to work on shared geometry; but that can be an extra day if we want to
nail GEOT-1192 to the wall.
