You are right, the module is already committed in GeoTools, but my changes
do not affect at all the WCS 1.1.1 stuff even if I let them coexist in the
same module.

My idea is to proceed by steps, the first one would be to let WCS 1.0.0
working with EMF and align the code with WCS 1.1.1, removing old obsolete
stuff and also perform a deep review of all the WCS code.
Next step is to integrate the ND stuff, but this will require a bit so I
guess we need to start specific threads about that. I also need to
synchronize this work with Daniele and Simone ImageIO-ext and geotools ND
plugins.
