Hi,
today I've split the SVG symbols factory into its own plugin/svg
module making the renderer module a lot lighter for those that do
not need to use SVG and thus Batik.

The modification was done on trunk only. The new module does not
really bring any new functionality and has both 100%
line and branch test coverage (ok, easy peasy, it's just two classes...)

Two questions:
- shall I backport the split to 2.6.x as well? I would break upgrades
for those that are actually using SVG
- the module name is probably not great, graphics-svg might be better,
but for consistency I would have to use graphics-charts for the
   Eastwood chart based module

Cheers
Andrea
