Geotools Operations do not support optional grids

Currently geotools Operations require the source grids to be non null.
Given that the primary source has to be != from null, other sources should be
allowed to be optional.
The attached patches just insert null-checks to avoid exceptions. The check is
left to be done in the Jai operation itself.
The patches do not modify the usual behaviour, they only save the situation in
the case a source gridcoverage is == null.
The patch has been tested on trunk and also on 2.5.5.
