the error message is wrong
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: GEOT-2909
                 URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOT-2909
             Project: GeoTools
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: core referencing
    Affects Versions: 2.7-M0
            Reporter: Andrea Antonello
             Fix For: 2.7-M0, 2.6.0, 2.5.5
         Attachments: ImagingParameterDescriptors.patch

When a bundle vendor for jai operations doesn't match an available authority,
the error message tells that "the source should not be null".

The attached patch inserts a proper error message.

In the attached patch there is also a change to get the jaitools into teh
available authorities. This would be great to have, since we are starting to
create geotools operations that are backed onto the jai-tools operations.

Patches tested on trunk, 2.6.0 and 2.5.5
