I know the builds needs to download files from the internet, but
I'm not aware it's trying to open server sockets (to listen on ports).
Have you tracked down in which part of the build that happens?

I'm not sure about that. We don't have any developer on Windows
anymore I fear, at least on Vista or 7 (I think Simone also develops
on XP, but he did not report such issue).
It may be due to the dot in the path, or due to a lock (Windows
has this tendency to keep exclusive locks on files).
Again, does this happen in specific tests or in most of them?
