The only thing that happens is that halfway through, java.exe is
asking for firewall clearance. I don't know how best to track it, but
please let me know if you have a way though this may not be of high
priority..

You might be right about file lock or path problem, especially since
its Windows 7, I guess I'm on my own.
For the test though, it does fail at testPostMissingType11 every time.
Judging from how it failed on byte sequence errors,
I suspect it may have something to do with me using a 64-bit Windows.
Well, since no one had failed on this test, it should just be my
machine acting funny.
