To answer Andrea, all 4 of us who worked on this during the winter
sent all the required agreement documents by mail so the IP for the
entire unsupported/jdbc-ng/jdbc-ingres/ tree should be clean.

Of course I'm assuming sending implies delivery as I had no way to
confirm that. Who should know?
