When compiling the build/javadoc module, maven 2 issues a warning about a
missing mojo descriptor and maven 3 throws an error. In the POM, packaging was
set to "plugin", but the code is only for the javadoc @source taglet which can
be packaged as "jar". This fixes the error / warning.
