Following requests on the user list for an implementation of the Jenks Natural
Breaks classification I wrote one.
There are two new files JenksNaturalBreaksFunction and a Unit test for it. The
patch makes changes to the Meta-Inf file and adds some real data to the
FunctionTestSupport class. I'll try to extend the other classification tests to
use this data too.
